information about how Yahoo! uses this information. SHIPPING POLICY Where We Ship United States (48 contiguous United States) and Canada We strive to get your orders to you as quickly as possible. The cost for shipping is based upon the current UPS or FedEx rates shown during check out. We do not offer express shipping as a standard service. If you need to expedite the shipment of your order, you will need to specify it in comments and we will contact you with quote. Most orders are shipped 1-2 business days after they have been placed and processed. We use UPS or FedEx ground shipping for all orders in the continental US. We estimate for most orders to arrive within 5-7 business days after the order has been processed. Hawaii and Alaska Customers Items going to Hawaii and Alaska are shipped via UPS Air and arrive within 7-10 business days. Canadian Customers Your order will ship via UPS from our warehouse to our international shipping station where the merchandise will be inspected and then reshipped out to you via FedEx International or United States Postal Service. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery. Also, please note that you will have to pay custom duties and taxes on the items you purchase and that these local fees are not included in your Heater Store Online order. All refused shipments will be charged double the shipping fee to cover transportation cost both ways. This amount will not be refunded to your credit card. Shipping Procedures Shipping Confirmation Emails We will send you a shipping confirmation email when all or part of your order is shipped. This email is sent after the first UPS scan. The email will include the UPS tracking number. You will be sent a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number for every shipment. Shipping in Multiple Packages If your order includes several items, they may ship separately and at different times. So that we can deliver your purchases to you as efficiently as possible, items which ship from the same location are grouped together. Our shipping confirmation emails will let you know what portion of your order is being shipped and estimated shipping dates for remaining of the order. Delivering Your Package We process, ship, and deliver packages Monday through Friday. At this time, we do not offer shipping or delivery on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays. • Your order may be delayed if your shipping address is different from your billing address (we use this additional time to help ensure the security of your credit information). • Most items are available to ship in 1-2 business days unless otherwise noted. If you have any special requests in processing your order or questions about your shipment please send us an email at support@heaterstoreonline.com and we look forward in helping you with your request. RETURN POLICY Customer returning a product for any reason must fist obtain a Return Authorization by contacting Heater Store Online. Heater Store Online will then provide returning instructions to a customer. These instructions may be different depending on a problem with the product or the products manufacturing company. Customer is eligible for a full refund on all heaters or accessories purchased only if these items have been returned to Heater Store Online unused, in brand new condition, with original packaging. These heaters and/or accessories must be sent back to Heater Store Online no later than thirty (30) days from the sales date. Full refund may only be issued after Heater Store Online receives the original items back and determines that they have not been used, they are in brand new condition, with original packaging. In the event brand new heater is returned and appears to be used or have damaged or missing packaging restocking fee will be determined by Heater Store Online. In the event that a brand new heater or/and an accessory returned for any reason and appears to have been used, or have damage caused by the customer, or missing packaging and/or the products reading material, a restocking fee will be determined and applied to the customer by Heater Store Online. In the event returned heater or/and an accessory appears to be mistreated or damaged by the customer in the way that makes the unit not returnable, a refund or an exchange will not be honored. In the event brand new heater and/or an accessory is returned and appears to be damaged during shipping from the customer to Heater Store Online, it is customers responsibility to contact shipping carrier and file a Damaged Item Claim. A refund or an exchange will not be honored.
